Cleon D.
Potter, 40 years old, 2014 North Bosart Avenue, a resident of Indianapolis 16
years, died yesterday in Sunnyside Sanitorium. Mr. Potter was a native of
Russellville and had been employed at the Real Silk Hosier Mill here 14 years.
He also had been employed by the Lukas-Harold Corporation. He was a member of
the Little Flower Catholic Church. Survivors include the widow, Mrs. Janice
Potter; a daughter, Miss Margery Potter both of Indianapolis, the mother, Mrs.
Nettie Potter of Russellville and five sisters, Mrs. Ed Maddox of Greencastle;
Mrs. Olie Rambo of Anderson; Mrs. Denota Berry of Crawfordsville; Mrs. Gladys
Spencer and Mrs. Ethel Lauter of Russellville; four brother, Roy Potter,
Charles Potter, Jess Potter and Forrest Potter all of Russellville. Funeral
services will be held at 9 o’clock Friday morning in St. Bernard’s Catholic
Church in Crawfordsville. Burial will be in Russellville Cemetery. - kbz
