Greencastle Ind – Services for Charles E, Pingleton, 44, Greencastle will be held 2 p.m. Sunday in Hopkins-Rector Funeral Home here, where friends may call from 2-9 p.m. today. He died Thursday in Wishard Memorial Hospital, Indianapolis of injuries suffered earlier that day in a car accident at 38th street and Industrial boulevard in Indianapolis. He was owner and president of Pingleton Lumber Co. He was president of National Hardwood Lumberman’s Association Inspection School and a past president of Indiana Hardwood Lumberman’s Association. Survivors include his wife, Gail Pingleton; two daughters, Debra L. Huestis and Sandra M. Pingleton; a son, Chuck Pingleton and his mother, Mary Pingleton.  – kbz
