The death of Joseph G. Phipps, age 54, of Frankfort, which occurred Monday night, claimed the life of a DePauw graduate. Mr. Phipps graduated from DePauw in 1897. Funeral services will be held at Frankfort Thursday. His widow formerly Miss Ada Maude Kent, also a DePauw graduate and a daughter, survive. - kbz
