PENCE, Leonard - Putnam

Leonard G. Pence, 74, RR 1 Plainfield, died Thursday 29 June at his rural home. The Kentucky native was born 27 Sept 1907 and had been in Plainfield four years. Pence was employed by American Art Clay Co, Indianapolis, 5 years, he retired in 1970. His wife Elsie McCloud died in 1966. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Robert (Carolyn) Wilson, Crawfordsville, three sons; Leonard Jr, and Lloyd Pence both of Plainfield, Robert Pence of Richmond, 6 grandchildren and one Great Grandchild. Pastor Kevin Kouke officiated at the Graveside services Friday morning 2 July at the Roachdale Cemetery, Roachdale.
