PAYNE, Ralph - Putnam

Payne, Ralph a former resident of Roachdale, died Saturday at the Veterans Hospital at Downey, Illinois. He was 55 years old and the son of Moses and Mary Payne.  Funeral services were held at the Chastain Funeral Home here Tuesday. Burial was in Roachdale Cemetery.  He is survived by a brother, Fred of Chicago, two half brothers, Russell of Niles and Glen of New York City, and an Aunt Mrs. Ida Longnecker of New Market. - msw
