PAYNE, Hermon - Putnam

Herman C. Payne, a student at DePauw died at his home in Wabash of typhoid fever on Wednesday night aged 18 years.  He was a leading Sigma Chi and a brother of Mrs. FD Ader of this city and Frank Payne, the journalist.
