PARKER, Roscoe F. - Putnam

Roscoe F. Parker, 59, farmer, living 8 miles southeast of Greensburg died suddenly of a heart attack in his home about 2:30 p.m. Monday. The deceased was the son of James and Minnie Parker and was born in Putnam County on August 10, 1884.  He was united in marriage June 20, 1920 at Indianapolis to Lucy Veerkamp who survives. Funeral services will be held at the Oliger Funeral Home Thursday afternoon at 2 o’clock. Burial will be in St. Mary’s cemetery.  The body is now at the residence, where friends may call until noon Thursday. – kbz
