OSBORNE, John - Putnam

The funeral of John Osborne, father of Prof. JH Osborne of this city occurred at Roachdale Friday afternoon at 2 o’clock.  Mr. Osborne was an old and prominent citizen of Putnam County and had resided at Roachdale practically all of his life.  His death Thursday was not unexpected as he had been in declining health for some time.
