Henry Oliver, 81, prominent resident of Bainbridge, died at his home east of Bainbridge on the State Road Tuesday morning after an illness of some time. He was well known in the community as a farmer and stock buyer. Besides the widow, he is survived by five sons; Harvey of Greencastle and Daniel, Dexter, Ross and Clay of Bainbridge. The son, Harvey has been employed at the Crawford House having only recently returned from Martinsville where he has been for his health. He is also survived by one daughter, Mrs. Cora Hampton of Dover. The funeral will be held Thursday afternoon at 2 o’clock at the Bainbridge Christian Church with interment in Bainbridge Cemetery. - kbz
