She was born in this city at No. 211 East Washington street Nov. 26, 1832 and was well known to all the older residents of the county who will he sorely grieved to learn of her demise. Her death was the result of an accident while returning with her husband and daughter in-law from Norway, Ore., where they had been visiting the younger Mrs. Nosler’s parents.  At a narrow place in the road they met another conveyance and in attempting to pass, Mr. Nosler’s team because unmanageable and backed the carriage over a bluff 35’ high. Mrs. Nosler’s death was instantaneous. The other of the party were severely injured but will live.
