Nicely, Noble E; age 50 of 2826 S Dixie Dr, Dayton passed away Thursday at Kettering Memorial Hospital.  He was employed by the City of Dayton.  Survived by his wife, Phyllis Gleen, 4 daughters, Patricia Ann, Mary Jane, Nancy Lee, Mona Lisa all of Dayton; 1 son, Robert Allen Nicely of Michigan; 3 sisters, Mrs. Sue Leever of Dayton, Mrs. Pauline Cooper of Cloverdale, Ind and Miss Geraldine Nicely of Butlerville, Ind; 2 brothers, Eugene of Springfield, Ohio and Joseph of Indianapolis. Services will be conducted 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Hoyne Funeral Home 1817 E Third St. Burial at Glen Haven Memorial Park. Friends may call Friday from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. at the funeral home. – kbz
