Crawfordsville – Mrs. Cora E. Newlin, 81, widow of Rev. William H. Newlin, died Monday in her home, 1202 West Wabash avenue, after a month’s illness. Her husband formerly was pastor of the Darlington Christian church. Born in Parke county, she attended Fountain county schools and taught at Veedersburg before her marriage in 1902. Surviving are a son, John B. Newlin, Crawfordsville, and two sisters, Miss Clara English, Crawfordsville, and a Mrs. Bertha E. Tinsley, Frankfort.
