Charles T. (Sticks) Newhall, 51, a well-known shoe cobbler in this city for many years, died unexpectedly Monday night at 10 o’clock of a heart attack in hi s apartment in the rear of the Midget Shoe Shop, 1611 Kossuth Street of which he was proprietor. Born 51 years ago in Bainbridge, he was a son of Samuel and Julia Newhall. There are no near relatives. George Kenny, who was employed by Mr. Newhall and lived with him at the Kossuth street address was with him when he died. Friends may call at the Soller & Baker Funeral Home after noon Wednesday. Services will be held Thursday afternoon at 2 o’clock the Rev. GP Burdon of Congress Street ME Church officiating. Interment in Spring Vale Cemetery. - kbz
