NEWGENT, Harvey - Putnam

Harvey Newgent, 81, died this morning at his home in Greencastle. He was a native and life long resident of Putnam County. His wife the former Mary Harney died a number of years ago. He was the son of Louis and Julia Brothers Newgent. His father died when he was a youth. Survivors are a son, Maynard Newgent of Chicago, nieces and nephews, Russell and Robert Newgent and Goldie Runyan, a first cousin, Warren Newgent all of Crawfordsville. He was preceded in death by a brother, Henry Newgent.
