Private burial was held in Greencastle Ind for Charles M. Newgent, 53, VP and treasurer of Ekco Products Inc. Mr. Newgent died Tuesday at his home, 209 Kimberly Rd, Barrington. An accountant he was active in the Financial Executives Institute, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants the Illinois Chamber of Commerce and the Chicago Association of Commerce. Survivors include his widow, Billie and three daughters, Nancy, Susan and Amy. – kbz
