NEESE, Joseph Daniel - Putnam

Brazil, Ind – services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Miller & Son Funeral Home for Joseph Daniel Neese, 78, RR 5 who died at 5:45 p.m. Thursday at the Clay County Hospital.  He was a retired employee of the Lone Star Cemetery Co. of Greencastle.  Surviving are the widow, Vella; three sons: Roy and Clyde both of Brazil and Ronald, Knightsville; six daughters: Mrs. Mary Belle Spelbring, Poland, Ind, Mrs. Marilyn Carter and Frances Neese both of Indianapolis; Mrs. Betty Cahoon, Portland, Ore; Mrs. Geneva Eggers, Greencastle and Mrs. Marlene Rodgers, Knightsville; a sister, Stella Jones, Carbon and a half sister, Artie Atkinson, St. Louis, Mo. Burial will be in Zion Cemetery, Poland. Friends may call. – kbz
