McPheeters, Jesse - Putnam

Died at his late residence, southwest of this city on Thursday, Sept 15 of cholera morbus, Jesse McPheeters after a short sickness in the 87th year of his age. Deceased was one of the pioneer residents of this section and was widely known and respected. His wife, who survives him was 93 years of age on the day following her husband’s death and is very feeble.
