Mrs. Samuel M. McNUTT, died in Woodmere Hospital, Evansville, on Friday morning. Fred McNutt and Harry Machledt went after the body. Funeral services at the Presbyterian Church on Sunday afternoon were in charge of Rev. H Ray Sigler. A quartet consisting of Mr. Walker; Clay Reddish; paul McIntire and Delbert White sang with Mrs. Frank Burrin at the piano. The pallbearers were Dr. Harting, George Slavens, Clarence Milligan, JM Milligan, Ira Sharp and Sam Milligan. The flowers were carried by Mrs. Tharp, Mrs. JM Milligan, Mrs. Clarence Milligan and Misses Helen Kelso and Mary Kritz. Burial in Presbyterian Cemetery. Sarah Margaret McNutt, the daughter of Linzy and Elizabeth Hanna was born at Russellville, Ind Jan 4, 1860 and passed away at Evansville, Friday March 4, 1932 aged 72 years and two months. She was married to Samuel McNutt April 6,1 883. And to this union was born four sons; Frank who died November 1918; Thomas of Crawfordsville and Earl and Fred of Waveland. She was a faithful and consistent member of the Waveland Presbyterian Church, always attending the church services as long as failing health would permit. Always of a retiring home loving disposition, her greatest happiness was keeping up the home. Since the death of her husband, Dec 20, 1925 she and her sons, Earl having lived together. Besides the sons, she leaves five grandchildren: Darwin, Joe, Mamie and Martha McNutt of Waveland; Mrs. Margaret DIllman of Los Angeles, California; one great grandchild, Richard Max Dillman; a brother, William Hanna of Berkeley California and a sister, Mrs. Martha Wasson of North Liberty, Indiana. Among those present at the funeral were Dr. and Mrs. TZ Ball, Junior, Philip and Maurine and Mr. and Mrs. Tom McNutt of Crawfordsville and Joe Ball of Terre Haute. --- typed by kbz
