McCoy, Samuel S - will - Putnam

The will of Samuel S. McCoy, late Cloverdale residence was admitted to probate in the Putnam Circuit Court Wednesday and Jesse E. McCoy was appointed executor.  The will, executed Nov 2, 1927 leaves equal shares of money to the amount of $150 or under to his sons, Jesse E. McCoy and Samuel M. McCoy and heirs of a deceased son, Benjamin F. McCoy.  All money over $150 is to be divided equally between the two living sons. – kbz
