Today the will of the late Anna Morarity was filed for probate. The property goes to the immediate relatives. Daniel O’Connel is named executor. The will drawn on the 9th day of last July.

The death of Miss Anna Moriarty, 42 years old, occurred at the home of her mother, Mrs. Anna Moriarity on Ohio Street Thursday night at 10:30 o’clock. Tuberculosis was the cause of her death. The funeral was held Saturday morning at 9 o’clock at the Catholic Church. Father McLaughlin conducted the services. – kbz
