Clarence E. Milligan, age 83, a native of Waveland and the father of Dwight Milligan, died Jan. 18, in Culver Hospital in Crawfordsville. Other survivors are the widow; a daughter, Mrs. Robert Stuart of Crawfordsville; a brother, Elton of Greensburg; a sister, Mrs. Mabel Semler of Benton Harbor, Mich., three grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Funeral services were held Friday afternoon in the Machledt & Servies Funeral Home in Waveland with Rev. Lester Niles and Rev. John Van Vactor officiating. Burial was in the Presbyterian Cemetery, at Waveland.
