RICHARD MILLER

Death has again been in our midst and this time visited our home and took
away our father and our husband. Richard
H. Miller son of Thomas and Nancy Newgent Miller. He was born January 18th,
1861 and departed this life February 15th, 1932, at the age of 71 years, 28
days. He was married to Annie E. Mitchell, September 6th, 1883, to this union
was born four children Lela at home, Mrs. Blanche Rowings of Greencastle, Fred
of Plainfield and Delbert of Cayuga. The deceased was sick only a few hours,
but bore his suffering with patience, he was a kind and loving father and a
devoted companion, he was always doing everything in his power for their
comfort and happiness, he will be missed mostly by ; his loved ones with whom
he was mostly- with he was an honest upright citizen, always dealing fair with
all his fellow men and a kind neighbor always ready to help in all need. He
leaves to mourn his loss a loving companion, 4 children, 5 grandchildren, one
brother, Jefferson of Greencastle, one half brother Louie, one half sister,
Jessie, both of Indianapolis, a number of nephews and mires and a host of
friends. He was a life long member of
Farmers Chapel Church.
