Greencastle, Ind – Funeral services for Harley E. Miller, 60 years old, a former president of the Indiana Grain and Feed Dealers Association will be held at 2 p.m. today in the Rector Funeral Home. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery. Mr. Miller, who died here Tuesday in his home lived in Putnam County most of his life. He had operated grain elevators at Roachdale, Cloverdale, Bloomington and Greencastle. He served as president of the grain dealers association in 1943 and 1945. He also operated a hardware store here until he retired in 1949. Mr. Miller was a former president of the Greencastle Chamber of Commerce, director of the Red Cross Chapter and trustee of the Putnam County Hospital. He was a veteran of World War I, and was a member of the American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars, Scottish Rite and Greencastle Christian Church. He is survived by the widow, Mrs. Helen Miller, a son, Hal Miller of Greencastle and two brothers, Frank Miller of Bainbridge and Clyde Miller of Greencastle. - kbz
