MATKIN, William - Putnam

Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will, on Saturday, the 2d day of December 1865, at the late residence of William K. Matkin, deceased, in Washington Township, in the County of Putnam, State of Indiana, sell at public action the personal property of said decedant, consisting of horses, cows, stock cattle, fat hogs, a large lot of stock hogs and sheep, old wheat, corn, household and kitchen furniture, etc.  A credit of 12 months will be give on all sums over $5 the purchaser executing his note with approved security, waiving valuation and appraisement laws; and all sums of $5 or under must be paid in hand.
