WALTER LEE MASTEN & Family (Frances - wife, children: Arthur, Mary Frances, Shirley Fay)

Funeral services were held for Walter Lee Masten, wife Mary Francis Masten, and children, Frances May Masten, 11, Shirley Fay Masten, 7, and Arthur Allen Masten 2, who all died in a fire of their home in Floyd township April 28. Burial took place in Stillesville cemetery   --- thanks so much to Marilyn Walker who so graciously donated her Roachdale Times obituary collection - greatly appreciated!!

Note: Walter Lee Masten born Dec 23, 1908 Putnam County, Indiana died April 29, 1943 @3 a.m. Rural Putnam County -- all death records say exact same thing "partially cremated when fire of unknown origin destroyed residence."
