Death Takes Ralph Mason
Ralph Mason, well known Greencastle resident, passed away Wednesday morning at his home on the Indianapolis Road, following an extended illness.
Mr. Mason was born December 16, 1902 in Mt. Meridian, the son of George and Cora Mason. He has spent most all his life in this city. He had been employed at the American Zinc Products Division for the past thirty-five years and was a member of the old Locust Street Methodist Church.
Survivors are the wife, Ethel; two sons, Leroy, Indianapolis, and Harold, Greencastle; his mother, Cora Mason; four sisters, Mrs. Roxie Hazelett, Newfane, N. Y., Mrs. Charles Mills, Fayetteville, N. C.; Mrs. William B. Jones and Mrs. Everett Elmore, both of Greencastle, one brother, Paul of Greencastle, and five grandchildren and other relatives. His father preceded him in death.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 2:00 p. m. from the Rector Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Fillmore cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home.
