MARSHALL, Lenna Priest - Putnam

Lenna Gertrude Priest Marshall, 93, Greencastle, formerly of Indianapolis died Saturday. Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Hopkins-Rector Funeral Home, Greencastle. There will be no calling. A registered nurse, she graduated in 1918 from the nursing school at Methodist Hospital. She was an Army nurse in Fort Campbell, Ky, and from 1920-32 worked at Seaside Hospital, Long Beach, Calif where she was in charge of the nurses registry.  She later worked at the University of California at Los Angeles Medical Center until 1962 when she retired. She was a member of Brick Chapel Methodist Church, Indianapolis to which memorial contributions may be made. Survivors: husband, Ashley B. Marshall; daughters, Martha Marshall and Alice Marshall Peters; three grandchildren. - kbz
