MARQUIS (Marcus) - Alex - Putnam

Alex Marcus, aged 76 years, a veteran of the Civil War died this afternoon at his home in Harmony of general debility.  The deceased man has lived in Harmony for many years and was well known in that community. The family survivors are three daughters: Myrtle, Nellie and Catherine, all living at home.  Funeral arrangements have not yet been made. – kbz
