MANN, Raymond Willard - Putnam

Raymond W. Mann, 78, of National City, a Marine Corps veteran of 22 years who retired in 1945 as a Master Sergeant died Tuesday in Naval Hospital. Services will be Monday at 2 p.m. in Berge-Roberts Mortuary Chapel.  A Naval Chaplain and VFW Post 6874 will participate.  Burial will be in Riverside National Cemetery.  Mann, a native of Greencastle, Ind lived in National City 40 years.  He was a member of the Encanto VFW post and worked 16 years as a security guard for Rohr Industries. Two sisters, including Helen F. Kellar of National City; a brother and a half brother survive. – kbz
