Cloverdale, Ind – Services for Barbara L. Branneman Mann, 65, Clermont, Fla formerly of Cloverdale and Hall, a long time Putnam County civil leader, will be 11 a.m. May 1 at Whitaker Funeral Home, Cloverdale with calling from 4-8 p.m. April 30. Burial will be in Cloverdale Cemetery. She died April 26. Mrs. Mann was a self-employed consultant. Former secretary of the Putnam County Soil and Water Conservation District, she had been manager of the Cleark Creek, Little Walnut and Van Biber conservancy districts. She was a former member of the Putnam County Foundation and Putnam County Council. Former director of the Putnam County Tourism Board she was a member of Cloverdale Main Street Board of Directors and volunteer for the Cooper Memorial Library. Mrs. Mann also had been vice president of the Putnam County Democratic party and served as a precinct committeewoman for Cloverdale Township. In addition, she was a Florida State Democratic committeewoman. Survivors include husband Gordon J. Mann, daughters Ginny Darden, Anna Terry; mother Sue Goebel Branneman; sister Beverly A.
