MANDRELL, Bonnie Bindhammer - Putnam

Bonnie Bindhammer Mandrell, 72, Plainfield, died Friday Sept 12, 2003, in Hendricks Regional Health. She was born March 12, 1931, in Putnam County, IN to Charles E. and Nina I. Bindhammer Surber.  She married Joe Mandrell in December 1980; he preceded her in death. Bonnie was a stock chaser at General Motors for 10 years, retiring in 1983. She was a member of the Greencastle Moose Lodge. Survivors include her sons, Brian, David and Eric Burdsall; sisters, Blanche Johnston and Betty Wood; 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 1-5 p.m. Sunday September 14 at Hall-Baker Funeral Home, Plainfield with service at 1 p.m. on Monday, Sept 15 at Maple Hill Cemetery Chapel, Plainfield. Entombment will following the Mausoleum. Reverend John Parsley officiating. Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
