LUCAS, Clovie Peffley - Putnam

Clovie Lucas, 99, of Greenwood passed away Sun, Nov 28, 2010.  Born Dec 23, 1910 in Russellville to the late Clyde W. and Ada O. Peffley, she was the wife of the late Tildon Lucas.  Also preceding her in death were two sons-in-law, Richard Schultz and Donald Herbertz and a nephew, Dean Schultz. Survivors include two devoted daughters, Norieta Schultz and Sharlene Herbertz; six grandchildren, Chuck (Judy) Johnson, Michael (Cindy) Johnson, Sheryl (Michael) McKeand, Julie (Michael) Branch, Janelle (Don) Toon and Dwight (Lisa) Schultz; 8 great grandchildren 13 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.  A funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday at GH Herrmann Greenwood Funeral Home, South State Road 135 and Olive Branch Road.  Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the funeral home.  Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in Greenwood.  Memorial contributions may be made in care of the funeral home to United Christmas Service or Southport Christian Church of which she was a member  Online condolences may be shared with the family at ghhermmann
