LITTLE, James Alexander

J. A. Little, son-in-law of widow Lilly, of this city died at his home in Warrensburg, MO on Thursday of last week with pneumonia.  The remains were brought here and interred with Masonic honors, the Thursday following.  The deceased was formerly a citizen of Hendricks County.  He leaves a wife and four children.  We believe that this makes the third son-in-law that Mrs. Lilly has buried.

DIED – in Lebanon, Mo July 21, 1874 of pneumonia, Rev. JA Little of St. Louis Conference ME Church, aged 34 years after an illness of one week.  His remains were brought to this place and interred with Masonic honors in Forrest (sic) Hill Cemetery Thursday July 23d.
