Funeral services for Howard Lisby, age 96 years who died Monday morning at the Putnam County Hospital will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o’clock at the Methodist Church at Fillmore with Rev. HA Sherrill in charge.  Interment will be in the Fillmore cemetery.   ~~~transcribed by kbz

Funeral services for Howard Lisby aged Fillmore resident who died Monday were held Wednesday afternoon at the Fillmore Methodist Church with Rev HA Sherrill in charge.  Interment was in the Fillmore cemetery.  The deceased man was 96 years of age.  Among those from out of town who attended the funeral were Merle Lisby, George Shockley, Mrs. Mary Shockley and Mrs. Bessie Lisby and son William all of Indianapolis.  Pall bearers were friends of the deceased who resided at Fillmore.   ~~~transcribed by kbz
