LEE, Clyde H. - Putnam

Clyde H. Lee, 55, of 414 N. Logan, died yesterday (July 9, 1969) in the Veterans Administration Hospital in Downey, Ill. Born Aug. 21, 1913, in Putnamville, Ind., to Robert and Elizabeth Lee, he is survived by his wife, Madge McBride Lee. They were married April 7, 1947. Also surviving are a son James, of Danville; a daughter, Miss Carla Lee, at home; and two married daughters, both of Danville, Mrs. Margo Decker and Mrs. Jeanine Kochell and a brother, Herschel, of Madison, Wis. He attended the Methodist Church and was a World War I veteran. He served in the U.S. Army. Graveside services will be at 9 a.m. Friday at the Veterans Administration Hospital Cemetery here with the Rev. Don Goodwin officiating. Friends will be received at the Barrick & Son Funeral Home from 7-9 tonight.   -– jlr
