LANE, W. Ernest - Putnam

W. Ernest Lane, 60, a resident of Indianapolis 33 years and former proprietor of the Circle Barber Shop died Thursday in his home at Ladoga.  At the time of his death, Mr. Lane owned a barber shop there.  He was a member of the Ladoga Lions Club.  Survivors are the widow, Mrs. Jessie Pickel Lane and two sisters, Mrs. Walter Steel and Mrs. Flora Harmless, Bainbridge.  Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in Cox Funeral Home at Ladoga.  Burial will be in Bainbridge cemetery.  - kbz
