KAY, Sylvia - Putnam

College Corner, Ohio – Mrs. Sylvia E. Kay, 80, 139 Littlebrook Drive, Fairfield, died Wednesday at Mercy Hospital in Hamilton. She was the widow of Alfred Kay. She was a native of Carpentersville, Ind and live din College Corner form 1928 to 1946. She was a member of the Bloomingdale United Methodist Church and Order of Eastern Star in Bloomingdale, Ind. Survivors include one son, Martin Kay, Ashland, Ky; one sister, Mrs. Mary Cawein, Fairfield; 8 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.  Services for Mrs. Kay will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Bloomingdale United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery, Montezuma, Ind. Friends may call from 6-9 p.m. Friday at the Baker-Showalter Funeral Home in College Corner and one hour before services at the Bloomingdale Church Saturday.
