JONES, Lincoln - Putnam

Lincoln M. Jones, 65 passed away at his home north of Jamestown at 3 a.m. Tuesday with complications following eight weeks’ illness. Mr. Jones was well known throughout the community having lived in Boone County practically all his life.  He was born March 16, 1863 in Putnam County the son of Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin Jones. His marriage to Nettie O. Simmons took place October 16 1887.  Death occurred after a long illness. – kbz
