Funeral services for Samuel Johnston, who was found dead in bed at the home of his son, Marion Johnson, Monday morning, were held at the church at Brick Chapel, Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 o’clock with the Rev. Chapman in charge. Interment was in the Brick Chapel cemetery. Pall bearers were Ray O’Hair; Oscar O’Hair; Thomas Hollett; James Allen; Edward Eiteljorge and Marion Farrow. – kbz
