The Rev. JB JOHNSON 57, Methodist pastor formerly known in Northwest Indiana conference and especially at the Battle Ground assembly where he had charge of boy's work, died Wednesday at his home in Ottumwa. He left the Indiana conference 14 years ago for Iowa. Frank W. Johnson of Lafayette is a brother. He also leaves two sisters and another brother; his aged mother living in Greencastle and his wife and two children at Ottumwa. His last charge in this conference was at Covington. The funeral and burial at Ottumwa.

The Rev. JB Johnson 57 formerly pastor of the Covington Methodist Church died Wednesday at his home in Ottumwa, Iowa. He and his family moved from Covington to Iowa about 14 years ago. The Rev. Johnson was well known in the northwest Indiana conference and especially at Battle Ground assembly where he had charge of boys’ work. He is survived by his wife and two children at Ottumwa and his mother in Greencastle. Funeral and burial were in Ottumwa.
