Mrs. Wm. Johnson Dies At The Home South Of Harmony

Mrs. Hattie A. (Rissler) Johnson, wife of William J. Johnson died last night at the home southeast of Harmony in Washington township, Putnam county, after an illness of several weeks of complications at the age of 49 years, two months and one day.
The deceased is survived by the husband, five sons and four daughters as follows: Roy and Forrest, of Brazil; Ernest, Lowell, Vernis; Misses Jessie, Alma and Frances at home and Miss Myrtle Johnson of this city. She is also survived by two brothers and a sister, Moses B. Rissler, of near Harmony; John W. Rissler, of Terre Haute, and Mrs. James V. McCullough of Clay City.
The deceased was born in the community where she had spent all her life and leaves a large circle of friends to mourn her death.
The funeral services will be held at the Croy Creek church at 10 o'clock Thursday morning, interment Croy Creek cemetery.
