JOB, Thomas W. - 1942 - Putnam

Funeral services for Thomas W. Job, 82, were held at Chastain funeral home Tuesday afternoon with burial in Roachdale cemetery. Mr. Job died at his home here Sunday evening, July 12, of a complication of diseases and the infirmities of old age. He had been ill about three months. Mr. Job was a retired farmer, having spent most of his life in this community. He was born near New Maysville November 7, 1859, a son of Thomas M. and Caroline Kenyon Job. He was married October 5, 1886, at New Maysville to Florence Crosby who died March 8, 1941. Mr. Job was a member of the New Maysville Baptist church.
