JOB, Nancy Catherwood - Putnam

Mrs. Nancy Margaret Job, 75, died at her home early Sunday morning. Born in Putnam Co., March 22, 1861, the daughter of Samuel and Elizabeth Starr Catherwood, she came to Roachdale in 1926. She was married August 26, 1886, to Watson Job. In addition to her husband, other survivors include a daughter; Mrs. Ethel Gordon, near North Salem, four sons; Clement, Oakland, California, Claude, Kokomo, Bliss of Ithica, New York and Harry of near here. A brother, B.F. Catherwood of Ithica, New York, three sisters; Mrs. Ella Mann, Mishawaka, Mrs. William McNess, of Sidell, Illinois, Miss Mary Catherwood, Lafayette, and twelve grandchildren. Funeral services were held Tuesday morning with burial in Roachdale cemetery   --- thanks so much to Marilyn Walker for sharing her RT obituary collections - greatly appreciated !

Nancy Margaret Catherwood Job, was born near Roachdale on March 22, 1861. She was the daughter of Samuel H. and Elizabeth Starr Catherwood. She was the eldest daughter in the family of five sisters and four brothers. She was married to James Watson Job, August 26, 1886.
