JOB, Dorothy - Putnam

Spencer – Dorothy G. Job, 80, 111 N Washington St Spencer died Saturday morning at her residence. Born Nov 12, 1898 in Putnam County, she was the daughter of Everett and Nora (Staley) Sandy.  She was a member of Eminence Methodist Church. Surviving are one son, Eugene K. Job of Spencer; two daughters, Peggy J. Nisewander of Spencer and Vera C. Locke of Oxford, Mo; two brothers, Roy Sandy of Greenwood and Thomas Sandy of Cloverdale; one sister, Geneva Carr of Indianapolis; 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ellis in 1957.  Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at West & Parrish Funeral Home, Spencer with the Rev. Louis Crouch officiating. Burial will be in Cloverdale Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Monday. – kbz
