At the late residence of Israel Jenkins, deceased, in Cloverdale Township, Putnam County, Indiana, the undersigned, administrator of the estate of said decedent, will sell all the personal property of said estate, consisting of a Mare and Colts, Cattle, Hogs, Farming Utensils, Household Goods, & c. Terms – On sums under $3.00, cash in hand will be required.  On sums over $3.00, a credit of 12 months will be given, the purchasers executing notes with approved security and waiving relief from valuation and laws.  Said sale to be on Saturday the 7th of January 1865 between the usual hours on said day – John M.
