JACKSON, Ida Melcher - Putnam

Mrs. Geo. Jackson of Pueblo, Colorado known in Greencastle as Miss Ida Mechler, a former resident here died at her late residence, of consumption on Aug 23. The husband of the deceased is one of the leading residents of Pueblo and a city official. The funeral services were conducted by Rev. EP Newton, rector of Trinity Church and the pall bearers were officials and ex-officials of the city. Mrs. Jackson was highly thought of by a large circle of friends. - kbz
