Mrs. Effie A. Jack, 86, died Wednesday Feb 10 at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Helen Himes in Greene Township. Mrs. Jack was born in Parke County March 2, 1867. She was the daughter of John and Mary Williams. She married Oliver Jack. He died in 1943. Surviving are a son Ernest Jack of Brick Chapel; two daughters, Mrs. Mildred Cook of Russellville and Mrs. Helen Himes (Hine) and five grandchildren. Burial in Mt. Moriah. -- kbz
