IKAMIRE, Allena - Putnam

Miss Allena Ikamire, 93, 812 South College Avenue died Thursday evening at the Putnam County Hospital.  Prior to entering the hospital, she had been a patient at Ruark Nursing Home for several months.  She was born Feb 5, 1871, the daughter of Riley and Mary Ann Bickle Ikamire.  Miss Ikamire was a graduate of DePauw Art School and a member of the Presbyterian Church.  Survivors are five nieces and nephews and other relatives. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 10:30 a.m. From Hopkins-Walton Funeral Home.  Interment will be in Amo Cemetery.  Calling hours at the Funeral Home are after 7 o’clock this evening.   - kbz
