HUMPHREY, Donald Dale - Putnam

Donald Dale Humphrey, son of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Humphrey, was born July 26, 1931 and died December 31, 1932, at the tender age of 2 years, 5 months and 5 days. He was the pride of his family whose sorrow can only be removed by the loving Savior who hath said, "Suffer the little children to come unto me for of such is the Kingdom of Heaven. " All was done that loving hands could do, but Donald Dale slipped away and left mother, father, five sisters, Norvetta, Virginia, Mabel Catherine, June, Coleen, a little brother Keith, two grandmothers, two grandfathers, and many other relatives and friends. His suffering has ended and he is with the loving Jesus who took little children in His arms and blessed them.

Donald Dale HUMPHREY, 2-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Earl HUMPHREY, died Saturday evening at 7:40 o'clock at the home of his parents following a seven-day illness of bronchial pneumonia. Besides the parents, the infant is survived by five sisters and a brother.

Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the home of his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Al SEARS, west of town, with Elder Lawrence H. ATHEY in charge. Interment was in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
