HUGHES, Mr. - 1896 - Putnam

“Putnamville” – Our Christmas festivities were not without a mixture of sadness.  Mr. Hughes of Texas who came with his wife and two bright little children to visit his wife’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Hepler died on Sunday morning and was buried Monday.  Service by Eld Morris. Two of Mr. Hughes’ brothers of Tennessee were present at the funeral.  --- kbz
